UA Hair Return Policy

To ensure a hassle-free return and exchange experience, UA Hair has established the following policy based on a 15-day standard. Please review the details below before proceeding with your request.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

(1) Product Conditions

Only wigs that are "lightly used, undamaged, and mostly in original condition" are eligible for return or exchange, specifically meeting these criteria:


  • Wig body: No hair cutting, dyeing, perming, or styling modifications; no visible stains, odors, or severe tangling/shedding that would affect resale.
  • Lace & accessories: Lace remains untrimmed; original packaging (box/bag), hair nets, tags, and other included items are intact (minor packaging wear from opening is acceptable).
  • Authenticity: Products must be purchased directly from UA Hair official channels—we do not sell refurbished or pre-owned wigs, and only original UA Hair products are eligible.

(2) Timeframe Guidelines

  • Request Submission: Please initiate your return or exchange request within 15 calendar days of receiving the product (date confirmed by delivery tracking).
  • Return Shipment: Once your request is acknowledged, kindly ship the wig back to the specified address within 7 calendar days (we will remind you of this deadline via email).
  • Note: Requests or returned items beyond these timeframes may be subject to additional review or unable to be processed.

2. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Pre-Communication Recommended (For Smooth Handling)

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend contacting us before shipping the item back—it helps us quickly match your request to your order and avoid processing delays.

  • Required Details: Order number, your full name, contact phone number, reason for return/exchange, and optional photos/videos of the wig (to help confirm eligibility faster).
  • Response Time: We will get back to you within 2 business days to confirm we’ve received your request and provide any necessary guidance.

Step 2: Ship the Wig Back

  • Return Postage: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Packaging Tips: Enclose a note inside the package with your order number and name to help our warehouse identify your return.
  • Provide Tracking Info: After shipping, please email us the return tracking number—this allows us to monitor delivery and prepare for inspection.

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

  • Inspection Period: Our team will inspect the returned wig within 3 business days of receipt to verify it meets eligibility conditions.
  • Outcome Notification:
    • Approved Requests:
      • Returns: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (refund timing depends on your bank/payment platform).
      • Exchanges: We will ship your replacement wig within 3-5 business days and send the new tracking number to your email.
    • Unapproved Requests: If the wig does not meet eligibility criteria, we will notify you via email and arrange to ship it back to you—all associated costs (return and re-shipment) will be the buyer’s responsibility.
