UA Hair partners with globally recognized and reliable carriers to ensure smooth deliveries, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. We select the most suitable carrier based on your destination, package specifications, and delivery needs to guarantee safety and timeliness.
2. Total Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing Time: We will process your order (including verification, preparation, and packaging) within 2 business days after placement. If there is an issue with your shipping information, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm details.
- Shipping Time: Generally 2-10 business days, subject to delays caused by unforeseen factors such as adverse weather, public holidays, or customs clearance.

- Deliveries are made on business days (Monday-Friday); no shipments on weekends or public holidays.
- Ensure your delivery address is accessible during business hours to avoid failed deliveries.
- Keep your phone available—carriers may contact you to confirm delivery details.
- Some deliveries require a signature. If you waive the signature requirement, UA Hair will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.
6. Shipping Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can track the package status via our website or the carrier’s official platform.
